These terms will set out the agreement between Gunwise and the businesses that use it.
It will cover
- Who can use Gunwise: licensed New Zealand firearms dealers and their staff
- Your account, the account owner's responsibilities, and keeping logins secure
- The free trial, subscription prices, billing, renewals and cancelling
- Your records: that they're yours, and getting a copy if you leave
- Your responsibility for the accuracy of your records and meeting your obligations under the Arms Act 1983
- Acceptable use, availability, and changes to the service
- Limitation of liability, ending the agreement, and New Zealand law
